PriceSlip

PriceSlip watches the price of things you have already bought. When the price drops at the store you bought from, PriceSlip tells you, so you can decide whether to ask that store for the difference. Many US retailers have a price-adjustment policy: if the price falls within a set number of days of your purchase, they may refund you the difference. Keeping track of that by hand means remembering what you paid, remembering the deadline, and checking the price yourself. PriceSlip does the remembering. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add something you bought: the product, the store, what you paid, and the date. 2. PriceSlip checks that product's page at the store and records the price over time. 3. If the price falls below what you paid while the store's adjustment window is still open, you get an alert by email, by push notification, or both. 4. Open the product to see its price history, how many days are left, what we understand that store's policy to be, and a short guide to asking. THREE WAYS TO ADD SOMETHING • Paste the product's link from the store. • Type what it is, and the link finder suggests matching product pages for you to confirm. • Photograph the product or its box, and the app suggests what it is. You confirm before anything is saved. WHAT YOU GET • A dashboard of what you have saved, and which stores it came from. • Every purchase with its current price, its price history, and the days left to ask. • Alerts you can read later, filter, and mark as claimed. • Your receipts, uploaded as a photo or PDF and kept alongside what you bought. SUPPORTED STORES PriceSlip can read prices from product pages at Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, Target and Walmart. It can also search Amazon, Best Buy and Target for you when you do not have the link; for Walmart and Costco, paste the product link yourself. You can also record a purchase from any other store to keep it in one place, but PriceSlip only reads prices at the five stores above. WHAT PRICESLIP DOES NOT DO • It does not contact any store for you, and it does not move money. It tells you when it may be worth asking. The decision is always the store's. • The price shown is from the last check, not a live quote. Every price is shown with the time it was taken. • Store policies change and can exclude certain items, sellers or promotions. Check the store's own policy before you rely on it. • Product suggestions made with AI can be wrong. You confirm every one before it is saved. • Alerts depend on stores, networks and phone settings we do not control, so one can arrive late or not at all. • Purchases must be over $15, and up to 300 can be tracked at once. PRICE PriceSlip is free. No ads, no in-app purchases. ACCOUNT AND PRIVACY PriceSlip needs an account and is for adults 18 and over. The same account works on your phone and on the web. You can delete your account, your purchases, your price history and your receipts at any time from Profile, or at matchreachapp.com/priceslip/delete-account if you cannot sign in.
