Positivity Pulse Live

Most apps are built to keep you. This one is built to let you go. Positivity Pulse is a good-news app that finishes. Three checked stories each morning, one good thing traded with a stranger, and then your day is your own — no endless scroll, no "just one more", nothing left waiting to pull you back in. About a minute, start to end. ☀️ THREE GOOD THINGS, EVERY MORNING Around 7,000 headlines a day are screened so that three genuinely good ones reach you. Every story names its source. If it is grim, it does not arrive. ✉️ THE WIN EXCHANGE — GIVE ONE, GET ONE Write one good thing from your day. However small. It goes to exactly one stranger — never to a feed, never to a follower count, never to be scored or ranked. In return, one arrives from someone else, translated into your language. It might come from Osaka, or Lisbon, or two streets away. And you are never handed one we wrote ourselves: what reaches you was written by a real person having a real day. ⏹️ THEN IT STOPS That is the whole ritual. There is nothing more to scroll, because there is nothing more. Come back tomorrow, or do not. 🧘 MY JOY — PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Track your mood, keep a journal, breathe with guided sessions, and write time capsules to yourself to open months later. None of it is posted anywhere. Nobody else reads it. 🦧 LARRY A white-handed lar gibbon with 48 expressions who keeps you company. Feed him a mango for every good thing you send — at 25 mangoes he plays a recording of a real gibbon call. 📵 WHAT IS YOUR DOOMSCROLL SCORE? Ten honest questions about how you actually use your phone. Free, no sign-up, no account needed. 🌍 SEVEN LANGUAGES English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Japanese — and good things are translated between them, so a win written in Tokyo can be read in Lisbon. Free to use, with no ads of any kind. Pulse+ is optional and unlocks the full guided-session library and your complete journal history. If you already know you doomscroll and want out, this was built for you.
