PoolDeck

Live timing pulled straight from Time Drops, instant heat predictions, and a paper-free DQ workflow that fits a swim official's pocket. Everything a swim family needs on meet day. PoolDeck syncs with Time Drops the second a heat starts. Families see live lane-by-lane results, real-time pacing estimates for the next race, and instant push notifications when their swimmer is up on deck — no scoreboards to refresh, no parents shouting "what event are we on?" Officials get a deck-side workflow that finally replaces the carbon-copy DQ slip. Stroke & Turn judges record the call in three taps, the referee reviews it on their phone, and the coach has a 90-second window to challenge before it's confirmed. Every swimmer's family gets the explanation in plain English the moment it's official. For parents — Live timeline of your swimmer's day, pinned to the top of the dashboard — Push notifications: heat called, DQ explained, results posted — Friend mode: follow other families' swimmers without sharing accounts — Predictive pacing: how many minutes until your swimmer is up For officials — Scan a QR at the deck table to claim your role for the meet — S&T calls flow directly to the referee queue, no walking the deck — Coach challenge window with a built-in clock — Notifications follow you across pages — never miss a call For meet directors — One QR per role replaces clipboards of phone numbers — Approve roster + officials before the meet, manage live during Built with the Time Drops timing protocol so what your scorer sees, your family sees — within seconds. No setup beyond signing in.
