PONOVA（ポノバ）は、卓球に取り組む人のための練習サポートアプリです。相棒の PONO と話しながら今日の練習をふりかえり、撮った動画でフォームを確かめる。その積み重ねを、続けられる形にしました。 ■ 毎日の問いかけにこたえる PONO が毎日ひとつ問いかけます。「今日の練習で一番意識したことは？」。ひとこと答えるだけで、その日の練習が言葉として残ります。書いた内容には PONO が返事をします。 ■ 動画をアップするだけでフォームを解析スマホで撮った練習動画をアップロードすると、体の動きを自動で解析します。打球の瞬間の姿勢やタイミングを、映像と重ねて確認できます。 ■ コーチのフォームと並べて見比べる自分のフォームとコーチのお手本を上下に並べて再生できます。どこがどう違うのかを、同じ画面で確かめられます。 ■ 技術別のお手本動画基礎打ち、ループドライブ、スピードドライブ、カウンターなど、技術ごとに整理されたお手本動画を用意しています。 ■ 考え方の変化が見える毎日のふりかえりを重ねると、思考の傾向がマップとして表示されます。30日前の自分と今の自分を、並べて比べられます。 ■ こんな方に・練習の中身をなんとなくで終わらせたくない・自分のフォームを客観的に確かめたい・ひとりで練習していて、見てくれる人がいない・練習を続ける仕組みがほしいご利用には Google アカウントまたは Apple アカウントでのログインが必要です。本アプリは卓球の練習を支援するものであり、医療・健康診断を目的としたものではありません。
