It warns you if you're placing a shot on top of a recent one. It shades the map by how heavily each area has been used. It suggests where to go next based on which sites have rested longest, and scores your rotation over your last ten injections so you can see whether you're actually spreading them out. Titration steps change your dose on the dates you choose, and reminders name the compound rather than saying "time for your injection."
