Information at a glance. Pingente brings an e-ink tag to life: a small electronic-ink screen, wireless and battery-powered, that goes wherever you want it: on your desk, on the fridge door, on the car dashboard, on your keychain, on a backpack. The 3D-printed case changes; the tag and the app stay the same. You pick a "face" on your phone — weather, moon phase, Wi-Fi or payment QR code, a note, a photo, your next calendar event, a headline, a quote, your team's standing — and the app sends the image over Bluetooth. E-ink holds the image without using any power: the coin cell lasts for months, even with automatic updates. HOW IT WORKS • The app builds the face. Your phone is the brain: always online, always with you. • Bluetooth pushes it. Bring the phone close and the new face arrives in 10–20 seconds. • E-ink holds it. FREE AND PAID Nine faces are free forever: Note, Wi-Fi QR, Art, Postcard, Motivation, Fact of the day, Verse of the day, Moon and Alert. The tag's permanent activation is paid once and unlocks every face. The activation lives in the tag, not in an account: whoever receives the tag as a gift gets the activation with it. POSTCARDS AND GIFTS Every tag has an address for receiving postcards: the sender composes a photo, a message and a name on the website and pays for the delivery; for the recipient it is free, and the card shows up on the tag. You can also give a tag away: the app writes a QR code on its own screen, and whoever scans it keeps the tag. NO ACCOUNT. NO SUBSCRIPTION. The app does not require signing up. Your faces, photos and notes stay on your device. If you want, register an e-mail only to recover your tags on a new phone. THE SCREEN FLASHES. THAT'S NORMAL. Changing faces takes 10–20 seconds and the display flashes black and white. It's electronic ink, not a "smart display": switching is slow, but the image stays forever — even with the battery removed. HARDWARE The app works with third-party Bluetooth (BLE) e-ink tags, sold separately: Gicisky 2.1" BWR (250×122), PANDA 2.13" BWR (250×122) and the four-colour Gicisky 2.9" BWRY (296×128). Makers with a 3D printer assemble and sell Pingente ready to use, in the form they choose (keychain, magnet, desk or car stand), with a case and activation included.
