PillBell is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. It is a reminder and a personal diary. A medication reminder is only worth anything if it rings. PillBell is designed against exactly that: it uses the highest-priority alarm class Android offers, checks itself in the background, and walks you through the one battery setting your particular phone brand needs — Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, OnePlus and others each get their own step-by-step instructions. The app also keeps an honest record of whether each reminder was delivered on time, and shows it to you in Settings. No promises — a number you can check. IT KEEPS RINGING The reminder rings like an alarm clock, on a full screen, and it keeps ringing until you answer it. It gets through Do Not Disturb. One tap marks the dose as taken.
