Pencily – Appointment Book

Pencily is a booking notebook for anyone who takes in people or jobs: hairdressers, beauticians, garages, cobblers or a kebab stand. You write like in a paper notebook, and your clients see your free times at pencily.app/your-name. They book themselves: nothing to install, no account. • Three ways of working. Visits: a set time and a service from your price list. Drop-off and pick-up: the item stays with you, and when it is ready you text the client to pick it up. Orders: pick-up windows, each taking as many orders as you set. • A notebook for the day: hours, breaks and entries on one screen. Tap a free time to book a client. • A page for your clients: free times, prices, phone and map. The client picks a time and gives a name and number; you confirm with one tap. Trusted clients are confirmed automatically. • A chat window: clients ask from your page, you reply in the Messages tab. • Texts from your own number: ready wording for a confirmation, reminder, cancellation or another time, sent by you from your phone. • Suggest another time: the client answers "Yes" or "No", and after "Yes" the entry moves by itself. • Client cards: history, no-shows, a note and photos. Add clients from your contacts. • Send the client a photo of the result or the fault by text. • Day, week, month and year summaries: visits, amounts, where bookings come from, most frequent clients. CSV export. • A QR code and sheets to print: A4 for the door, A5 for the counter. • Notifications about a new booking, message or cancellation. • No sign-up to start: the notebook works from the first tap. Add an e-mail to turn on your page and use the notebook on a computer too. Your clients' data is stored in the EU, never sold or used for advertising. The app is in English and Polish.
