PeloVelo: Club Rides

PeloVelo is the app built for cycling clubs — helping ride leaders organise group rides, and members know who's riding, what pace to expect, and where the coffee stop is. No more shared spreadsheets. No more chasing RSVPs over WhatsApp. PeloVelo puts everything your club needs in one place, on every member's phone. Ride Sign-Up Made Simple Browse upcoming club rides, see who's already signed up, and join in one tap. Ride leaders get a live headcount and can manage their ride from the same screen. Routes Your Way Create and reuse routes, complete with coffee stops and alternate meeting points. Riders joining en route can set their own pick-up spot. Routes connect to Strava and Ride with GPS. Pace Groups Set up named riding groups with a colour, minimum speed, and maximum speed, so every member finds the pace that suits them — whether they're a seasoned racer or easing back into riding. Live Tracking — Kept Private During a ride, members of your group can see each other's live location on the map. Tracking activates automatically near ride start time and switches off at the end — never when you're not riding. Location is only visible to members of your own riding group, not the whole club. Weather on Every Ride Current conditions along the route so riders know what to wear before they leave the house. Know Your Fellow Riders Profile photos and full names on every ride sign-up sheet help members recognise each other — particularly useful for new riders joining a club for the first time. Welcome New Riders Flag members who are new to cycling or new to the club, so leaders and regulars know to look out for them on the road. Cafe Stops Add the regular coffee stop to a ride so everyone knows where the group's heading afterwards. Branded for Your Club Theme the app with your club's own colours so it feels like yours from the moment members open it.
