Partner Punch List

One home. One list. Done right. Partner Punch List is a shared home project and maintenance tracker built for households not a business tool, not a project manager for strangers. Just a clear, private way to track what needs doing around the house and who's doing it. PROJECTS Keep a live dashboard of every home project with auto-calculated progress bars. Tag projects indoor or outdoor, add step-by-step instructions to any task, assign tasks to household members, and mark projects complete with one tap, fully restorable anytime. ITEMS & STORAGE Never dig through totes again. Generate a scannable QR code for any item or storage bin, print it, and stick it on. Scan a tote to instantly see everything inside it. Add optional photos to items so you always know what you're looking for. RECURRING MAINTENANCE Set up recurring maintenance tasks with your own interval. Clear overdue, due-soon, and on-track status coloring keeps you ahead of the next filter change, gutter cleaning, or seasonal chore, and marking a task done automatically schedules the next one. REAL-TIME, PRIVATE, AND SHARED Everything syncs instantly across your household. Invite people with a QR code, link, or a simple typed code, with configurable expiry for extra control. An account can belong to more than one home, so helping out at a partner's place is just a tap away. VOICE-TO-TEXT Dictate task titles, instructions, notes, and item details instead of typing; it runs entirely on your device, nothing sent anywhere. STAY NOTIFIED Real push notifications let you know when tasks get completed, even when the app's closed. Turn on an optional weekly digest of what's due, on your own schedule. Private by design. No public profiles, no strangers, no admin hierarchy — just your household, working from one list.
