Onzy: ADHD Planner & AI Coach

Know exactly what you need to do, and still can't start? Onzy is a calm to-do list and planner with an AI coach, made for adults and friendly to ADHD brains. It helps you start the thing, and finish it, one small step at a time. Onzy is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not therapy and it does not replace a doctor or other health professional. Talk with a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. START SMALL - Untangle the task you keep avoiding. Onzy breaks it into small steps and shrinks the first one to about two minutes. - Brain dump. When it all feels like too much, empty your head in one messy go and Onzy sorts it into tasks. - Check your energy. Tap Energy and pick Low, Steady, or High. Onzy sorts your day around it, so you know where to begin. - Reminders that reach your phone. Turn on notifications and a "Don't let me forget" task can nudge you when it's time. - Focus tools. Short sprints and a view that shows just one task at a time. FINISH, AND FEEL IT - Small wins count. Every piece you finish is saved, so you can see what you got done. - Momentum, not pressure. A missed day takes none of your wins away. - Spotters. Invite a few people you trust to cheer you on. They see your name, photo, when you were last active, and what you choose to send or share. They never see your task list unless you share a task. It is support, not a scoreboard. AN AI COACH THAT STAYS IN ITS LANE The coach is AI. Onzy asks what trips you up, and the coach uses that to help you through a stuck moment and find a small next step. Pick the coach style that suits you when you start: Drew is steady and calm, Ryan is warm and encouraging, Devon is direct with no fluff. You stay in charge. It can be wrong, so use your own judgment. TASKS, CALENDAR, PROJECTS Unlimited tasks, plus a calendar and projects, all on the free plan. EASY ON THE EYES A true dark mode, several themes, and larger text if you want it. FREE TO USE Onzy is free to use. A few features are part of the Pro and Pro+ plans. If you already have a plan, sign in and it is ready for you. Questions or ideas? Write to [email protected]
