OctaBees

OctaBees is an end-to-end EPC automation platform — built to run Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects from the field to the boardroom. This mobile app puts your entire project delivery workflow in your pocket, so site engineers, procurement teams, project managers, and leadership stay in sync wherever the work happens. And because job sites don't always have signal, OctaBees works fully offline and syncs automatically the moment you reconnect. BUILT FOR EPC PROJECT DELIVERY Track every project from award to commissioning. View project details, milestones, notes, and documents on site, and keep the whole team aligned on progress, plans, and priorities. DAILY PROGRESS REPORTS (DPR) Capture construction progress where it happens. File Daily Progress Reports against live contract line items, record quantities, attach site photos, and build accurate cumulative progress — no paperwork, no delays. PROCUREMENT & MATERIALS Move materials from request to receipt without the back-and-forth. Raise and track requirements, record material inward (GRN) entries at the warehouse or site, and keep procurement moving. APPROVALS ON THE GO Keep projects unblocked. Review and approve quotations, material requests, and other project approvals with full context — approve or reject in one tap from anywhere. TASKS WITH LOCATION & DYNAMIC FORMS Assign and complete work with accountability built in. See tasks scoped to you, your team, or the whole organization, capture GPS automatically on task start and completion, and fill dynamic completion forms tied to each task type. FIELD ATTENDANCE One-tap check-in and check-out with location capture, plus your recent attendance history — ideal for distributed site teams. SALES & CRM PIPELINE Win the next project. Manage leads, opportunities, quotations, and sales orders with industry-specific forms and workflows, and track your pipeline and follow-ups on the move. DASHBOARDS & REPORTS Give managers and leadership a live view of project health, approvals, and team activity — with in-app notifications so nothing slips. WORKS OFFLINE, SYNCS AUTOMATICALLY Create, update, and complete work with no connection. OctaBees stores everything safely on your device and syncs in the background when you're back online — no lost data, no duplicate entries. SECURE & MULTI-COMPANY Every company gets its own secure workspace with role-based access, so people see only what they're allowed to. OctaBees requires an active OctaBees account.
