Obsiva: Inspection Report App

Create inspection reports on your phone: take photos, say what you see and deliver the PDF report before you leave the site. Works offline. Obsiva turns your photos and voice notes into a professional photo report for site inspections, construction supervision, safety audits and property handovers. No Word, no copying photos to a laptop, no redoing the report at night. HOW IT WORKS • Take photos or pick several from your gallery: each one becomes an observation, sorted by time. • Mark the issue on the photo with arrows, circles or text. • Dictate in your language. AI writes the title, location, technical description, severity, responsible party and recommended action. You can always edit. • Review the visit: AI writes the executive summary. • Generate the PDF report with your signature and share it by email or whatever app your client uses. FOLLOW-UP ACROSS VISITS • On the next visit you see which findings are still open. • Add progress photos and a typed or dictated note, and mark each item resolved when it is fixed. • The PDF shows every follow-up with its photos, before and after. • Schedule the project's next visit and it shows up when you open the app. BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Works offline: everything is saved on your phone and AI runs when you're back online. • Templates: general inspection for any industry, site visit and property handover (punch list). • Four PDF designs: Classic and Photo free; Compact and Executive with Pro. • Download your reports with their photos as a .zip anytime. BILINGUAL REPORTS (PRO) Crew or client who reads Spanish? Dictate in one language and deliver the report in the other — or bilingual, side by side — with the right trade terms. Review and edit the translation before sending. PLANS Free: 3 shared reports a month, unlimited observations, AI included (60 observations a month). Your reports are stored on your phone. Pro: unlimited reports, cloud backup and your reports on all your devices, your logo with no Obsiva mark, all four PDF designs, reports in another language or bilingual, and unlimited AI (fair use). WHO IT'S FOR Construction supervisors and site inspectors, safety officers (EHS), facilities and maintenance teams, property managers and handover inspections, quality and operations auditors, and independent inspectors and consultants.
