Full description
Nock is a small, quiet exercise tracker for people who want to do a little every day without an app treating them like a lapsed subscriber. The whole thing runs from your home screen. Place the widget, tap once to log a set. Open the app when you want to see how the week went. HOW IT WORKS Add whatever you want to track. Pushups, pullups, plank time, a daily walk in minutes, or something you make up. Set a target you can actually hit most days, and a small custom amount for each tap on the widget. The home-screen widget shows today's count and logs a set with one tap. You can place it right from the end of onboarding, or later from Settings, no digging through the launcher's widget drawer. If you'd rather not open the app at all most days, you don't have to. Once a day at a time you choose, Nock sends one gentle notification with up to three one-tap log buttons, one for each of your top exercises. No follow-ups if you miss. No character asking why you don't love us anymore. Nock tracks your streak, but forgives one missed day per week. Life gets in the way, and a single bad day shouldn't torch a good habit. A personal best is highlighted with a small underline when you tie or beat it. Hit a daily target and a small animation plays on the card. That's the whole celebration. WHAT'S INCLUDED - Unlimited exercises, drag to reorder - Reps, seconds, or minutes, with per-exercise custom tap amounts - Home-screen widget with per-widget exercise selection - One daily nudge, with up to three one-tap log buttons - Streaks with a weekly freeze day - Personal bests and animated daily-target progress bars - 30, 90, or 365-day history with a tappable heatmap - Tap any day to see each set, and remove any entry you logged by mistake - 27 quiet marks (medallions) for milestones, streaks, consistency, and range, with a dedicated Achievements screen - Six warm accent colors, light and dark theme - Optional haptics on log ABOUT YOUR DATA Your exercise logs live on your phone. Nock does not require an account and does not upload your logs. Nock shows an ad banner on the home screen from Google AdMob, which uses your Android advertising ID; in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland you're asked for consent before any personalized ads are served, and you can reopen that choice from Settings. Nothing else leaves your device. Small marks. Steady work.

What's new

- Place the widget from the end of onboarding or from Settings, no more hunting through the launcher. - Fixed the widget's +1 and +10 in release builds. If a tap ever did nothing, this one lands it. - Today's total rolls over at midnight without reopening the app. - Landscape and large font sizes no longer hide Save or Remove. - A quiet in-app review prompt after you hit a daily target, once you've had Nock a week and a short streak.
