Naruko Chat は、チームのチャットと会社の電話を 1 つにまとめた法人向けアプリです。クラウドPBX「Naruko」とつないで、外出先でも会社の電話番号で発着信できます。 ■ チャット・メッセージ、画像、ファイルを共有できます・ルームごとに会話を分けられます・メンションと通知レベルの設定で、必要な連絡だけ受け取れます ■ 会社の電話を持ち歩く・ルームに会社の電話番号を付けて、スマホやパソコンから発着信できます・着信はプッシュ通知で届き、アプリを閉じていても気づけます・ルームのメンバーを一斉に呼び出し、先に出た人が対応できます・保留した通話を、別の端末や別のメンバーが取ることもできます ■ 通話の記録がチャットに残る・留守番電話の録音がチャットに届きます・録音の文字おこしで、聞かずに内容を確認できます・誰がいつ発着信したかを一覧で確認できます ■ FAX もアプリで・受信した FAX はチャットに PDF で届きます・写真を撮って FAX として送ることもできます ■ 電話に出られないときは AI が応対・かかってきた電話に AI が応対し、用件を伺います・聞き取った内容と通話の要約がチャットに届きます ■ ご利用にあたって Naruko Chat のご利用には、Naruko の法人アカウントが必要です。アカウントは組織の管理者が発行します。外線の発着信には、組織への電話番号の割り当てが必要です。
