Full description
Mise plans your week of meals, then turns that plan into one grocery list. Tell Mise how your household eats — who you cook for, what you avoid, which cuisines you actually like — and it builds a full week of breakfasts, lunches and dinners you'd genuinely cook. No repeated dishes, no meals you'd skip, no blank Wednesday. PLAN A REAL WEEK Generate a whole week at once, or fill in a single meal at a time. Swap anything you don't like. Pin the meals you've already decided on and let Mise work around them. The same recipe never lands twice in one week. COOK ONCE, EAT TWICE Mise understands leftovers. Recipes carry how many days they actually keep, so a Sunday batch cook can cover Monday and Tuesday lunch without pretending a salad survives four days in the fridge. Set how much batch cooking you want and the plan respects it. ONE GROCERY LIST Every ingredient across the week is combined into a single list, grouped by section so you shop the store once. Quantities are aggregated properly — three recipes needing garlic become one line, not three. A LIBRARY WORTH COOKING FROM Hundreds of curated recipes across dozens of cuisines, each with real ingredient quantities, step-by-step method, and full nutrition. Every recipe has been checked by hand, not scraped and dumped. EATS THE WAY YOU DO Filter by vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, low-carb or high-protein. Record allergies once and Mise plans around them. Choose imperial or metric. Set household size and servings scale automatically. MACROS, IF YOU WANT THEM Optionally set calorie and macro targets — or let Mise recommend them from your height, weight, activity level and goal — and it plans toward them. Leave it all blank and Mise never mentions a number again. BRING YOUR OWN RECIPES Import a recipe from a URL and Mise pulls out the ingredients, steps and nutrition. Or describe what you want and have it drafted for you. Your own recipes plan exactly like the built-in ones. WHAT MISE DOESN'T DO No ads. No selling your data. No feed to scroll. It's a tool for deciding what's for dinner, and it gets out of the way once you have. Mise is currently in a closed beta and access is by invitation. What's new

• Fixed: household size was stuck at 1. If you set it before, check Profile. • Fixed: turning a meal off now removes its ingredients from your grocery list. • New: type your own avoidances (cilantro, mushrooms, anything) on your phone. • Clearer: batch cooking now reads "one cook, 3 days". • Spelling fix.
