Nobody trains alone. MellowFit is an eight week challenge where a group trains together and the thing that keeps you going is not an app telling you what to do, it is the people. HOW IT WORKS You pick how many days a week you commit to: 4, 5 or 6. Each of those days is 45 minutes nonstop, any activity you like. Run, swim, lift, box, dance, hike. You upload a photo as your evidence and the group sees you showed up. WHEN YOU MISS, IT STILL COUNTS FOR SOMETHING A day you do not complete turns into a donation to the edition's cause. Every peso of it. We keep none of it. This edition supports communities in Venezuela and Colombia rebuilding after the earthquakes. Your consistency and your slips end up doing the same thing: helping someone. PLAN YOUR WEEK Choose the days and times you will train before the week starts. Connect your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar and the classes you already have scheduled come into your plan on their own. You choose which calendars we read and who can see those workouts. TRAIN WITH PEOPLE, NOT ALONE Share a session so someone from the group can join you, and talk to whoever is coming without giving out your phone number. Your session starts private. If you share it, it shows on the group calendar with your name and your area. Only the people who join see the exact spot. JOIN ANY TIME If you come in mid challenge, your first week is free: train what you can, no fines. Your commitment starts counting the following Monday, and nothing before you joined counts against you. ALSO IN THE APP Streaks, badges and a weekly leaderboard among your friends. A community chat and announcements. A health pause if you get injured or sick, so your streak does not break. Everything in English or Spanish. Membership is one fee that includes every edition.
