Mapzest Live

Mapzest is the live tour guide in the palm of your hand. Discover attractions, places, travel, accommodation and what events are going on in a clean and simple to use app. Mapzest works at a granular level, we’re not just promoting big ticket events, you get everything from pub quizzes, activities for the kids, the local neighbourhood bands. Mapzest is about connecting you to the community helping raise awareness of local businesses whilst providing you with great content to ensure you make the most out of your visit. We’re in the process of rolling out Maps for UK tourist destinations, so keep checking back to explore new locations as they become available. To celebrate the launch of Mapzest we’ve teamed up with the Brixham Pirate Festival and our first map to go live is specifically for the Brixham Pirate Festival 2025, taking place May 3rd - May 5th 2025! The Brixham Pirate Festival began in 2002 when members of the community decided to create an event to liven up one of the quietest bank holidays of the year. Since those humble beginnings, the festival has grown into one of the biggest pirate gatherings in the world, with thousands of people descending from all over the world for a long weekend of swashbuckling fun and seaside shenanigans set against the authentic backdrop of the historic port. Download Mapzest to explore the Brixham Pirate Festival. And remember, we will soon be adding more maps to Mapzest, so keep a lookout!
