MandoSab

MandoSab is a simple accounting and stock app for small vendors and field reps who sell out of a vehicle. Sales, purchases, receipts, expenses and stock live in one place, in type large enough to read in sunlight. Please note: the app's interface is in Arabic. ■ WORKS OFFLINE Write an invoice anywhere, with no signal at all. The app saves it on the phone and sends it by itself when the network returns. Nothing is lost, and nothing is sent twice — every operation carries an id the server checks before it acts on it. ■ SELLING IN THE FEWEST TAPS The sell screen is built for a customer standing in front of you: pick the item, type the quantity, save. Cash, credit, or a part payment. ■ BARCODES AND FAST SEARCH Scan with the phone's camera, or search by name or code. Search works offline too, because it reads the copy on your phone. ■ THE VEHICLE IS A WAREHOUSE Move goods from the warehouse to the van in the morning and the stock follows. See what is left of every item, in every location, and what is running low. ■ CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS A statement for each, with the outstanding balance. Take money from a customer, pay a supplier, and the balance updates immediately. Set a credit limit per customer and the app will not let a sale cross it. ■ REPORTS Today's sales, receipts, expenses by category, estimated profit, item movement, stock by warehouse, and items below their reorder level. ■ INVOICE PHOTOS Photograph a supplier's paper invoice and keep it with the document. The photo uploads by itself when the signal returns. ■ THE CUSTOMER'S COPY Send a copy of the invoice to the customer through WhatsApp or any share app on the phone. ■ BUILT SO THE BOOKS STAY RIGHT Nothing is silently deleted. A posted invoice is corrected by an explicit reversal that leaves both the original and the correction on the record — which is what makes a statement you can hand to a customer and defend.
