Full description
Every read-later app eventually asks you to trust a server. Linkloft does not have one. It is a bookmark manager and file organizer for everything you want to come back to — web pages, videos, music, documents, places and files on your phone — in a single library that lives on your device. No account, no sync, no company that can switch it off. Export is free and always will be, so the library is yours whatever happens to the app. Save links to read later, keep documents alongside them, and find any of it again in seconds. Everything stays on your device. There is no account to create, nothing to sign into, and no cloud sync. Your library is yours. SAVE ANYTHING • Share a page, video, place or file into Linkloft from any app — Chrome, YouTube, Google Maps, Spotify and more. • Paste a copied link with Add URL, including a link to an email. • Pick a document with Add file to keep a reference to it alongside your links. • Moving from Pocket, Instapaper or Raindrop? Import your export file, ZIP and all. • Select text in any app and choose Save to Linkloft, or scan a QR code to save its link. SEE IT AT A GLANCE • Previews load automatically: video thumbnails, album covers, site icons, and even the first page of a PDF. • A small icon on every card shows the type at a glance — web, video, music, document, email, message or place. • Saved places keep their real name and can show a photograph of the place, or the logo of the chain it belongs to. • Cards without a picture show their own initials, so a list stays readable at a glance. • Filter to web pages, videos, documents, local files, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, favourites or archived links. ORGANISE YOUR WAY • Collections work like folders, each with a live count of what is inside. Copy to… files a link in more than one. • Tags, favourites, notes and viewed/not-viewed tracking. • Search across titles, notes and tags; filter by type, collection, tag or source. • Select several links at once to move, tag, archive or delete them together. • Hold a collection and drag it to put your collections in the order you prefer. YOURS TO KEEP • Export to JSON, CSV or browser bookmarks HTML — everything, or only the collections and tags you choose. • Import from the same formats, with the option to move incoming links into a collection and tag them before they are saved. • Back up to any folder you pick and restore whenever you need. • Or back up to your own WebDAV server, such as Nextcloud, with the account you choose. • Export, import and backup are free and always available. Your data is never held hostage. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no cloud sync, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. • Your library never leaves your device. • Previews come from the websites you chose to save — the same request your browser would make. • One thing reaches further, and only if you let it: to picture a saved place, Linkloft can ask OpenStreetMap and Wikidata about it by name. Nothing else is sent, and Settings turns it off. Follows your system light or dark theme. Available in 36 languages. Linkloft is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, OpenStreetMap, Wikidata or any other service named above. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
