Know what you actually earned — after costs and after tax. LedgerTrack is a bookkeeping and tax-estimate app for Australian rideshare and delivery drivers, and for sole traders who drive for work. Log your income, expenses and trips, and it works out your GST, your income tax, and the number that actually matters: your real hourly rate after everything. Built in Australia, on Australian tax rules. WHAT IT DOES • Your real hourly rate. Not gross, not "before expenses". The dashboard shows true net after costs and after tax, plus what you made per hour and per kilometre. • Income tax estimates on current ATO rates. Rate tables for FY2024-25, FY2025-26 and FY2026-27, including the 2026-27 rate change and the updated cents-per-kilometre rate and car limit. Every figure carries its source, and provisional ATO figures are flagged on screen rather than quietly used. A tax jar shows what to set aside now. • GST and BAS. A quarterly BAS summary with G1, 1A, 1B and net GST payable, with arrows to step back through earlier quarters. Not registered? Switch GST off and it disappears. • Logbook. Tap Start, drive, tap Stop — GPS keeps measuring with your screen locked. Or type distances in by hand. LedgerTrack works out your business-use percentage and applies it to your car expenses in one tap. • Both car-deduction methods. Logbook (actual costs × business-use %) or cents per kilometre with the 5,000 km cap applied for you. • More than 20 expense categories built for drivers — fuel and charging, rego, insurance, repairs, car lease, loan interest, platform commission, split-fare and booking fees, tolls, phone, parking and equipment — each with a default business-use percentage you can change. • Snap a receipt. AI reads the merchant, date, amount and GST into a draft expense. You check and confirm it before anything is saved, and the ABN is checksum-validated. • Import your earnings. Bring in a CSV statement from your driving platform or forward an earnings email; fees and tolls are split into expenses automatically. • Car purchase, GST and depreciation. Claim the GST credit on a vehicle, capped at the ATO car limit, with instant asset write-off, diminishing value or prime cost. • Reports your accountant can use. Share your BAS and end-of-year summary from your phone; from the web app on the same account, export the full line-by-line CSV or a Xero-ready CSV for bank-statement import. • Works offline, with no account at all. Everything is calculated on your device. There is a "continue without an account" button on the sign-in screen and it does what it says: if you never sign in, nothing you enter leaves your phone. Sign in only if you want your records to survive a lost phone and sync across devices. No ads, no analytics, no tracking. • Delete everything yourself. Settings → Account → Delete account, type DELETE, and it is gone. No email, no waiting. Confirm your figures with a registered tax agent before you lodge. Only you can classify a trip as business or private, and only you can confirm your records meet the ATO's requirements for the method you are claiming.
