LectO es un editor de texto gratuito que facilita la lectura y escritura a personas con dislexia a través del uso de colores, pictogramas y recursos auditivos. Es desarrollado por cuatro estudiantes argentinos de 17 años, y hoy en día ya ayuda a más de 5k personas de más de 35 países. Funciones detalladas: - Fuente especial: uso de ‘Open Dyslexic’, una fuente creada para personas con dislexia. - Letras coloreadas: configurar que cada letra aparezca de un color determinado, para diferenciar letras confusas. - Pictogramas: diferenciar palabras confusas a través de imágenes que se muestran con tan solo pasar el ratón sobre éstas. - Lectura en voz alta: la computadora lee el texto de forma auditiva, con velocidad variable y demás funciones. - Compatibilidad con Microsoft Word: es posible abrir archivos Word directamente desde la aplicación. - Lectura de textos físicos: subir imágenes de textos físicos a la aplicación y leerlos con todas las funciones que tiene LectO.
