All transactions are logged and fully auditable. IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES • Kikundify does not lend money or take deposits. All funds remain within the group. • Advances are made from group savings, not from the app. • The app enforces a maximum interest rate of 20% on advances. • Kikundify Capital Ltd is a registered Kenyan technology company. FEES (TRANSPARENT & MINIMAL) • SMS reminders cost 0.40 KES per SMS – this is the only SMS charge. The system deducts about ksh150 when you run low on SMS credit. • M‑PESA withdrawals: we add a fee of 2% per withdrawal (on top of the normal M‑PESA provider rate). • The app itself is completely free, but we charge about ksh200 mainteance fee only for active chama.
