Kidfile Live

KidFile is the one place for everything someone needs to know to take care of your kid — shareable with anyone who helps, in one tap. If you've ever re-texted your child's allergy info to a babysitter, searched your camera roll for the insurance card photo, or answered "what size shoe does she wear?" for the third time this month — KidFile was built for you. HOW IT WORKS Add your child. Fill in what matters — allergies, medications, emergency contacts, daily routine, clothing sizes, pediatrician info, insurance details — as much or as little as you need. KidFile turns it into a clean, shareable page called a care card. When someone needs the info, you send one link. That's it. Your babysitter opens the link and sees allergies, meds, and the bedtime routine. Your mom opens it and has the right shoe size for birthday shopping. Your co-parent has the insurance info without asking. The camp counselor has emergency contacts on day one. You fill it out once. Everyone who helps has what they need. WHO IT'S FOR — Parents who carry every piece of kid info in their head and are tired of repeating it — Grandparents who want to help without constantly texting "what time is bedtime again?" — Babysitters and nannies who need the essentials before every new family — Co-parents who need a shared, always-current source of truth — Anyone in your child's life who deserves the right info at the right time WHAT YOU CAN ADD TO A KIDFILE — Allergies and dietary needs — Medications with exact doses — Emergency contacts and authorized pickup list — Daily routine (meals, nap, bedtime) — Clothing and shoe sizes — Pediatrician, dentist, and specialist info — Insurance cards and vaccination records — School and activity details — Care preferences and comfort notes — Private parent notes only you can see SHARING THAT YOU CONTROL You decide who sees what. KidFile has built-in view modes — one for babysitters with just the essentials, one for grandparents with a bit more, one for school or camp, and one for emergencies. You can also customize exactly what each person sees. Share links can be one-time, expiring, or ongoing. You can add a password. You can revoke access instantly. And every time someone opens your child's care card, it's logged — who, when, and from where. Your child's name and health info never appear in a link. Everything uses random codes that can't be guessed. SMART FEATURES Type naturally — "he's allergic to peanuts" — and KidFile suggests the right fields to update. Snap a photo of an insurance card or vaccination record and it pulls out the key details for you to review. Nothing is ever changed without your approval. WALLET PASS Add a digital emergency card to Apple Wallet with your child's critical info — allergies, medications, emergency contacts, and a QR code for first responders. Accessible from your lock screen when it matters most. PRIVACY AND SECURITY Your family's data is encrypted the same way banks and healthcare apps protect theirs. We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. We don't collect any information from children. You can export everything or delete your account at any time. Free and paid accounts get the same level of security. No exceptions. PRICING Free — 1 child, a basic care card, and 1 share link. Free forever.
