Kaizer: Your Personal Trainer

Your trainer already uses Kaizer. This is the app you train in together. In Kaizer your trainer sends you your routines, follows your progress, adjusts whatever needs adjusting, chats with you, asks for form videos and plenty more. All of it in one place, without leaning on three other apps. HOW IT STARTS 1. Your trainer sends you their link. You open it and you are connected. 2. Your first routine shows up in the app, written by them. 3. You train, you log every set, and they see it from their side. NO TRAINER YET? Browse the marketplace inside the app. Every profile shows how that coach works, their specialties and whether they train online, in person or both. Subscribe to the one that fits and they are notified the moment you join. YOUR SESSIONS, IN DETAIL Sets, reps, load, rest. Supersets, circuits and dropsets when your plan calls for them. Every exercise ships with an illustration of the muscle it works, so you know what you are aiming at before you lift. LOGGING TAKES TWO TAPS Log the set the moment you finish it, without leaving the session. The rest timer starts on its own between sets, so you are not watching a clock. ASSISTED PROGRESSION Week over week, Kaizer writes the loads of your upcoming sessions from what you actually lifted. You always know what to do when you walk into the gym, and the weight on the bar keeps moving. SMART REPLACE Machine taken? A movement you cannot do today? Kaizer suggests alternatives that keep the point of the exercise intact, so swapping one leaves the rest of the plan standing. YOUR PROGRESS, IN PLAIN SIGHT Full history of every workout, streaks, volume lifted and progress per exercise. These are the same numbers your trainer sees, so you never have to send them anything. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE - Direct chat with your trainer: text, photos, files and voice notes - 1,500+ gym exercises with illustrations - Health Connect sync - Rest timer between sets - Notifications when your trainer messages you TRAINING ON YOUR OWN? You can also use Kaizer without a trainer. Describe what you want in plain language - four days a week, bad knees, dumbbells only - and Kaizer builds a complete structured program in seconds, and keeps adapting it as you log your work. FREQUENTLY ASKED Do I need a trainer to start? No. You can train on a plan Kaizer builds and look for a coach later, inside the same app. Does it work at the gym and at home? Yes. The plan is built around the equipment you actually have. What languages does it support? Kaizer works in Spanish, English and Portuguese, in 20+ countries.
