Janoon

Janoon is the parent, teacher and staff companion app for schools running on Janoon's school management system — one login for every branch, every family, every teacher. No self-service sign-up: your school's admin creates your login and sends it to you, so only people your school has approved can access its data. Sign in with the Institution ID your school gives you, then your email and password — or, once your account exists, sign in faster next time with Face ID / Touch ID via Sign in with Apple, or with Google. FOR PARENTS • See each child's fees due, due date, and any late fine — one card per family, not per child • Check attendance the same day it's marked, before your child gets home • Read the class diary and homework straight from the teacher • View exam results and report cards as soon as they're published • Message your child's teacher directly, and raise or track a complaint • Apply for leave for your child and see the status • See school-wide announcements and holiday notices • Get a push notification the moment something needs your attention FOR TEACHERS • Mark your class's attendance in under a minute, right from your phone • See your assigned students and their family contact details • Message parents and follow up on complaints • Log behaviour notes and diary entries for your class • Check your own salary history and apply for leave • Stay on top of announcements from the school office FOR OWNERS, PRINCIPALS AND SCHOOL ADMINS • See today's fee collection, attendance and defaulters across every branch, in one glance • Generate logins for new teachers and parent families • Track long-absent students and manage struck-off records • Review and approve staff leave requests • Manage staff attendance, complaints and salary • Promote students between classes at year-end • See every family, every student, every branch — without switching apps Your data stays with your school. Each school's records are kept separate from every other school's, and you can request a full export or delete your account at any time. Janoon is built for schools in Pakistan, so it works the way school offices actually run — by family, by branch, by term — not the way generic classroom apps assume. Having trouble signing in?
