Iris: Emotional Voice Journal

Íris is an emotional wellness and self-reflection tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not a therapy or psychotherapy service and does not replace professional care. Built to live between your therapy sessions, never in place of them. Ever spent the first fifteen minutes of a session trying to remember how your week went? Íris fixes that. You speak for 2 to 5 minutes on the days you feel like it, and it keeps track — at the end of the month, you bring a summary that's already written. BUILT FOR PEOPLE IN THERAPY 📄 Monthly summary as a PDF to bring to your therapist 📈 An emotional timeline that surfaces the patterns that repeat 🧠 Memory across entries: Íris remembers your last few days and connects the dots 🗓️ You walk into the session knowing what you want to talk about HOW IT WORKS 🎙️ Record how you're feeling, your own way — no typing, no judgment 🔎 AI transcribes what you said and identifies emotions and recurring themes 💡 You get an insight and a reflective question to keep thinking about ✅ On days you don't feel like talking, do a quick check-in without voice WHY ÍRIS IS DIFFERENT • It's the bridge between you and your therapist, not a replacement for one • Real voice — talk the way you actually talk, instead of typing • Crisis support mode: if we detect risk signals, we point you to emergency help PRIVACY FIRST You use Íris anonymously from the very first moment — we don't ask for an email before you feel the app's value. Your recordings stay private, and you can delete a specific entry or all your data anytime, right from settings. FREE TO START The free plan includes 3 voice recordings per week and unlimited check-ins. Premium unlocks unlimited recordings, full history, the monthly PDF summary, and deeper insights, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan.
