Indineed is a service marketplace platform designed to simplify the discovery and booking of local services through a secure and user-friendly mobile experience. The platform connects customers, service partners, and administrators in a unified ecosystem built for real-world operations. Users can browse services, explore categories, view detailed descriptions, and check transparent pricing without creating an account. Authentication is required only when booking a service and is handled through a secure OTP-based mobile number verification system, providing fast and passwordless access. Indineed offers an intuitive booking and scheduling flow with date and time selection, address management, and instant confirmation. Customers receive real-time updates on service status from booking through completion, ensuring transparency throughout the service lifecycle. Users can rate completed services and earn in-app reward points based on engagement and order history. These reward points are part of an internal loyalty system, have no cash value, and can be redeemed only within the app. The app provides notifications for booking updates and allows users to manage booking history, saved addresses, and preferences for a smoother repeat experience. Indineed uses encrypted network communication, follows standard security practices, and provides a clear process for account and data deletion. Indineed is built to deliver a reliable, transparent, and scalable service-booking experience.
