The completed report is generated by the ID Local platform and delivered by email, making it easy to provide clients with useful information before, during or after a property visit. OPTIONAL LOCATION ACCESS ID Local can use your device's location to help identify the property address when you choose "Use my location." Location access is optional, and property addresses can always be entered manually. ACCOUNT REQUIRED ID Local is intended for registered real estate professionals. An existing ID Local broker account is required to sign in and use the application. ID Local helps real estate professionals turn an address into useful local knowledge — quickly, consistently and in a format that is easy to share with clients.
