Tilewit

Tilewit is a duel of wits. You and a rival get the same puzzle. Solve it right and you win energy; then you each plan in secret how to spend it, and both plans are played. After five rounds the higher score wins. A duel takes about three minutes. SIX GAMES, ONE DUEL The puzzles are the same in all of them. What you spend your energy on changes: • Tiles: claim, attack and defend on a board • Auction: bid for three lots a round • Stack: build a pile and bank it before it is knocked down • Gems: collect three colours all duel; most of a colour wins it • Boxes: dots and boxes; the fourth side takes the box • Sow: sow your stones round the board and count them home No dice, no luck: every one is won by thinking. Levels only go up, so a losing week still shows you improving.
