HostHours: CPA Rental Work Log

HostHours is a rental property work-hours tracker and STR, LTR & REPS hour log for U.S. short-term rental (STR) and long-term rental (LTR) owners. Record property work as it happens instead of rebuilding the year later. Keep each property's activity records organized while the details are still fresh, review missing information, and prepare factual records for CPA review, including hour records you may discuss with your CPA in relation to REPS. CAPTURE THE WORK - Add a quick or detailed entry, repeat recent work, or run an activity timer. - Create editable voice-assisted drafts and review selected calendar clues. - Record the property, tax year, date, duration, person, category, source, and factual details. - Review every draft before it becomes a saved activity. REVIEW THE YEAR - See owner and non-owner hours by property and tax year. - Review open months and missing details before export. - Search your activity records. - Keep optional photos, receipts, or PDFs with the activity they support, depending on your plan. - View factual tracking references, including commonly used 100-, 500-, and 750-hour references. HAND OFF CLEAN RECORDS - Review factual summaries by person, category, and month. - Export options vary by plan, from activity CSV to the full PDF and CPA CSV packet. - Keep source and revision information available for professional review. - Export your account data and delete your account from Settings. BUILT FOR STR, LTR AND REPS RECORDKEEPING HostHours supports short-term and long-term rental properties, owner and participant hours, activity timers, calendar-assisted recall, optional evidence, monthly review, and factual exports for CPA review. HostHours supports offline work with account-based sync when you reconnect. Free, Essential, and Pro plans provide different property limits, record limits, evidence features, assisted workflows, and export options. Paid plans are recurring subscriptions managed through Google Play. Google Play shows the localized price, billing period, and renewal terms before purchase. HostHours is a recordkeeping tool. Tracking references are factual comparisons only. HostHours does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice; determine material participation, Real Estate Professional Status (REPS), deduction eligibility, or any other tax status; or guarantee any tax, savings, IRS, or audit outcome.
