Discipline & Goal Tracker HOKD

A discipline tracker for people who work on themselves quietly. Most habit trackers ask what you planned. Hokd records what you actually finished — and turns it into altitude on a mountain you picked. Mont Blanc, Everest, or a goal of your own. The climb is the evidence. HOW IT WORKS Log a "stage": one concrete thing you got done today, in one of five categories. Every stage adds metres. Over weeks the mountain fills up and you can see, without arguing with yourself, how much you really did. DAILY LOGBOOK A journal built for one line a day, not for essays. Open it, log the stage, close it. No streak pressure, no red numbers when you miss a day. WEEKLY REVIEW RITUAL A three-step Sunday ritual sets the anchor for your week and pins it to the top of every screen for seven days. Reflection themes give you an open weekly entry when you want to write more. PLAYBOOKS Keep your scripts — sales calls, difficult conversations, presentations — as versioned playbooks with outcome data, so you can see which version of you actually worked. GOAL TRACKING WITHOUT GAMIFICATION No points, no badges, no leaderboards, no notifications nagging you. A goal tracker for adults: the mountain is the only score. PRO, OPTIONAL - AI analysis: turn rough notes into stages, synthesise weekly patterns, review playbook performance, generate flashcards - Unlimited active challenges - AI runs through the Hokd backend in Frankfurt to Anthropic Claude and OpenAI; your text is sent to generate the answer and is not stored long term WHAT HOKD DOES NOT DO - No account, no login, no email required - No tracking, no analytics, no advertising IDs - No location, no contacts - Backups go to a folder you choose through Android's Storage Access Framework — Google Drive, Dropbox, local files, your call. Hokd integrates no cloud API of its own. Built by Balane in Munich. Privacy policy and terms: https://www.balane.app/en/apps/hokd Support: [email protected]
