Harmonia Companion

Harmonia Companion is a practice app built around circles—not spreadsheets. Train equilibrium in time: sound, metronome, and motion scored as balance and rhythm-fit while the dial keeps turning like a clock. At the center: Harmonia sessions with optional monitor audio, a metronome (sound, vibration, or torch), and a foreground session that can continue with the screen off. Around the ring, five facets on one grammar (0° at the top, clockwise): • Spirit — day clock with sun and moon, year calendar with seasons, compass for intended vs actual heading (location used on-device for solar times and bearing). • Feelings — attention circle with harmonic shares and desired vs real focus. • Energy — fraction circles: nested plans that must close on the wheel. • Body — Vitruvian map with layered sensation notes (stored on your device). • Mind — Thibault fencing geometry on a fixed circle (Destreza-style steps). Grimoire — multi-thread chat for reflection and notes. Run models on-device with LiteRT, or connect your own Google AI Studio key or Ollama server on your LAN. Attach images, audio, or video when your model supports it. Chats and media stay on your phone unless you choose a cloud or LAN backend. In-app Help explains each screen. Widgets and optional lock-screen clock integration (on supported Motorola devices) extend the same circular language to your home screen. Your practice data is stored on the device. We do not operate user accounts or sell your data. No third-party ads or analytics in this release. Not medical advice, not therapy, not a diagnostic tool—personal practice and orientation only
