Put your phone face down on a table and it goes quiet. Pick it up and the sound comes back. No buttons, no schedules, no remembering to turn Do Not Disturb off again. HOW IT WORKS • Face down, flat and still. Flip waits until the phone is lying face down on a surface and holding its angle, then turns on Do Not Disturb. A phone in a pocket or held in your hand doesn't count. • Pick it up. The moment you lift it, the sound comes back. • Two quick taps. A short haptic tick confirms each change, because the screen is against the table. You can turn them off. WHAT STILL GETS THROUGH • People: let your starred contacts ring, and repeat callers too. • Apps: choose apps whose notifications still reach you while everything else is quiet. • Alarms always ring. SENSITIVITY • Strict, Balanced or Relaxed, from "only a proper flat table" to "a cushion or a quick set-down". YOUR DAY AND YOUR NIGHTS • See today's quiet stretches on a timeline. • See last night: when you put the phone down and when you picked it up again. Sleep can be turned off in Settings. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no ads, no analytics • No internet permission, so nothing leaves your phone • Notification content is never read, only which app posted it Requires Android 14 or newer.
