Full description
Fields is a travel journal that turns a trip photo into a stamped field note. Build a visual scrapbook of the places you have been. Keep a quiet page for each stop instead of leaving another vacation photo buried in your camera roll. Fields is for travelers who want a travel journal, a travel scrapbook, and a postcard-style card from the same picture. You choose a photo. Fields keeps the original travel photo on the page and presses a small carved stamp beside it. The stamp holds the shape of the place: a hillside of houses, an old theater, a tree in bloom, a stone doorway, a shoreline. Under the stamp sit the destination, the note number, the year, and three memory keywords. Save the page to your gallery. Share it. Add the next one. WHAT FIELDS IS Fields is a travel journal app and visual scrapbook for trip photos. It is not a social network and it is not a stack of photo filters. Each entry is one field note: half photograph, half paper. The finished page can live in your travel diary, sit in a scrapbook grid, or go out as a postcard-like image. Use it after a weekend drive, a backpacking route, a national park walk, a city break, a honeymoon, or a flight home when the pictures are still on your phone. If you like analog journals, travel diaries, scrapbooks, postcards, or passport-style stamps, Fields is that idea in an app. HOW IT WORKS 1. Select a travel photo from your camera roll or take a new one. 2. Review the place, year, note number, and three memory keywords. Fields can suggest a location and keywords from the picture. You can edit every field before you press the note. 3. Press the field note. Fields generates the stamped travel journal card. Save it, share it, or start another page. The compose screen feels like a notebook leaf: your photo, then the caption. The result is the object itself. There is no public feed. TRAVEL JOURNAL AND SCRAPBOOK A travel journal only works if you will open it again. Fields keeps each stop as a single page in a grid. Open a card and you see the photo you took and the stamp pressed from that scene. That is the journal: travel journal cards you can flip through later. The stamp is the scrapbook piece. It is not a cartoon sticker and it is not a filter over the whole photo. The photograph stays on the left. The paper, carved stamp, and typewriter caption sit on the right. Together they read like a page from a travel scrapbook. Three memory keywords keep the feeling of the place. The note number and year help the scrapbook sit in order. POSTCARDS AND SHARING A finished note also works as a postcard-style image. Save a high-quality file to your gallery. Share it through the system share sheet. Print it later if you want a physical postcard, a framed print, or a page in a paper travel diary. Fields does not mail cards. It gives you the image. FEATURES: • Travel journal cards from your own trip photos • Carved stamp pressed from the scene in the picture • Original photo kept on the page, not replaced • Place name, note number, year, and three memory keywords • Suggested location and keywords you can correct • Scrapbook grid of your notes • Save to your gallery for printing or posting • Share a single travel card • Private journal with no public follower feed WHO IT IS FOR? Solo travelers and backpackers who want a simple travel diary. Couples building a scrapbook of the same trip on one phone. Hikers, campers, and national park visitors who like stamp-style keepsakes. People who shoot travel photos and never make anything from them. Anyone who wants a travel journal or scrapbook instead of another filtered post. TIPS: Pick a photo with a readable place in it: a street, a coastline, a building, a trail. Check the place name before you press. PRIVACY: You choose each photo. A selected picture is sent only to create that field note. Download Fields and turn a travel photo into a journal card, a scrapbook page, and a stamp you can keep.
