Fieldbase is an offline-first field service management platform built for teams that operate in real-world conditions where connectivity is unreliable. It enables technicians to create, update, and complete work orders, fill checklists, capture photos, add notes, and track asset activity entirely offline. All data is stored locally on the device and automatically synchronized with the server once connectivity is restored, ensuring work never stops due to poor coverage. The platform connects technicians in the field with managers and administrators in real time through a centralized dashboard. Managers can assign work orders, monitor technician status and location, track progress, and maintain full visibility of operations. Features such as geolocation, geofencing, asset tracking, and automation help streamline workflows and ensure service-level agreements are met. Fieldbase is designed from the technician’s perspective, prioritizing speed, simplicity, and reliability in harsh environments such as industrial sites, remote infrastructure, warehouses, and outdoor operations.
