Duolisto: Shared To-Do List

Duolisto is a shared to-do list for couples, roommates and anyone else who splits the chores between two people. Add a task, put a name on it, and tick it off. You both see the same list, on Android or iPhone, and it updates as you go. Open the app and start adding to your shared to-do list. Send your partner or roommate an invite link or a six-character code when you want them on the list. ASSIGN CHORES WITH A SWIPE Swipe a task to give it to yourself, to them, or to either of you. Tasks left on Either go to whoever gets there first. Tap your name to filter the shared list down to your chores, and the shared tasks stay in view. RECURRING CHORES End a task with "every Sunday", "every month on the 15th" or "2 weeks after done" and it becomes a recurring chore. Pick whether it follows the calendar or counts from the day someone did it. The Recurring view works as a chore tracker: it shows what's ready, what's coming up and who did each chore last. NOTIFICATIONS FROM YOUR PARTNER Duolisto tells your partner when you add a task to the shared list, hand one over or tick one off, and tells you when they do the same. You can turn notifications off in Settings. HOME SCREEN WIDGET Add the Duolisto widget to see the whole shared list, your tasks or theirs. Tick tasks off from the widget without opening the app. ONE LIST FOR THE HOUSEHOLD Use it as a household chore list, a honey-do list, a shared grocery list for the weekly shop, or a note of who's ringing the landlord. You can both see what needs doing, so neither of you has to carry the whole house in your head. Each of you picks your own colours on your own phone, out of six, and there are five themes in light and dark. It has no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
