Tellself: more than AI Journal

You've probably wondered what it would look like if developing yourself was actually... easy. Not in the style of "just be positive." More like: talk about your day for two minutes, and discover something genuinely valuable. That's Tellself. Speak or type - the pizza, the bad sleep, the meeting that wrecked your afternoon - and the AI connects what you yourself can't see. Five life charts, daily patterns, suggestion cards grounded in real science, and 11 deep reports across every area of your life. All from just showing up and talking. No forms. No mood scales. No complicated system to maintain. LIFE-CHANGING SUGGESTIONS EVERY DAY Every day, Tellself generates personalised insight cards grounded in science - built from your entries. Perspectives that challenge you, alerts that catch what's slipping, and beliefs that keep you grounded. All tailored to your life, so you can actually improve it. SPEAK IT OR WRITE IT - WHATEVER FEELS RIGHT Some days you want to type. Others you just want to talk. Tellself works both ways — walking you step by step through your day with smart hints and guides, from how you woke up to how it closed, that help you go deeper than you would on your own. YOUR TRENDS, EXPLAINED. Every day, a card that captures your mood - scored across Joy, Stress, Social, Productivity, and Energy - with the exact factors driving each one. Watch your patterns emerge over time, and finally understand what's quietly shaping how you feel. 11 REPORTS THAT CHANGE HOW YOU SEE YOURSELF Deep dives across the areas of life that matter most - Joy, Work, Relationships, Purpose, and more. Each report built from your own entries, revealing patterns and perspectives you'd never find on your own. Our free plan isn't a teaser - it's real. Daily suggestions, mood tracking, charts, and two full reports on Joy and Stress. Most apps call that a premium tier. We call it a starting point. We want you to upgrade because you want more - not because we made the free version worse. Pro unlocks the full depth of Tellself: more recordings, more reports, more of those moments when something finally clicks about yourself.
