Full description
ColonyTrack is a field record for beekeepers that keeps working where your phone has no signal. Scan a hive, say or tap what you saw, and it is still there next season when you need it. What it is A tool you can use with gloves on, in the sun, with bees around. Twelve guided inspections that ask what to look at instead of handing you a blank form. Voice dictation when your hands are full. A QR or NFC sticker on each hive so the right record is one tap away. Varroa mite tracking, colony strength and brood charts across the season. A history you can read at a glance and export whenever you like. New: works with no signal Most apiaries sit at the end of a dirt road, and that is exactly where an app that needs the internet gives up. With Offline, every hive in every yard is kept on your phone and refreshed whenever the app opens with signal. At the yard you can scan a QR code or tap an NFC tag to open a hive, bind new tags, run an inspection, log a mite wash and set reminders, all with no bars. Everything uploads on its own once you are back in signal, and the Offline screen shows what is waiting until it does. Included in Pro and the free trial. What it is not It does not diagnose your colony. It will not tell you what disease you are looking at, and it will not tell you what to put in your hive. No formulations, no doses, no application schedules, because for a registered treatment the label is the law and it is not ours to rewrite. Where a label sets a window, the app counts it for you. The rest is yours. Why it works this way Beekeeping advice is not in short supply. Reliable records are. A tool that starts telling you what your colony has will eventually be confidently wrong at the worst possible moment, and after that you ignore it. So this one measures and remembers, and leaves the judgement where it belongs. The Queen Lifecycle Engine When a hive starts raising a queen, whether it is superseding, preparing to swarm, or you made a split, the app runs the queen development clock. It counts the days and tells you when to look again and what you should expect to find. One timeline covers supersedure, swarm cells, splits, emergency queens, and a mated queen you caged and installed. Free, on by default, and off again in one tap. Reminders that reach you Add your own reminders to any hive. Notifications come the day before, the day of and the day after something is due, an overdue mite wash reminds you once a week, and tapping one opens that hive. Field reference Photographs of what things actually look like, so you can record them accurately. Eggs, young larvae, queens, queen cells, backfilled brood nests, deformed wings, K-wing, pests at the entrance. Your data is yours Inspections, photos, hive history. Export to CSV any time, free or paid. If you leave, you take everything with you. Privacy No advertising trackers. No data sold to brokers. No third-party behavioral profiling. Full policy at colonytrack.app/privacy. Free Two hives, no time limit. QR scanning, voice dictation, guided inspections, color-coded history, charts, the Queen Lifecycle Engine, mite check reminders and CSV export. Free trial Sixty days with up to twenty hives across five apiaries, Offline included, so you can run a real yard before deciding. Photos stay with Pro. Pro, $4.99 a month Up to 100 hives across five apiaries. Adds Offline, inspection photos, NFC tap to open, treatment window alerts, requeen reminders, the apiary dashboard with cross-hive comparison, PDF reports and mentor sharing by read-only link. Subscription info Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription billed through Google Play. It renews each month at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Google Play, Subscriptions. What's new

The guided inspection form is rebuilt. It opens on a question instead of a blank form, the section header stays put and carries the hive name, Save is always reachable, and your answers stay readable in the sun. Multi-selects use two columns, and leaving mid-inspection warns you first. Treatments: multi-dose courses with reminders and label-driven windows. Field guide: new photos from our own hives. Fixed: typing a number no longer hides Save on Android.
