Kachu: App Blocker & Stretch

One more reel, and you still haven't moved? Kachu puts a short movement break before your daily scrolling. Choose the apps you want to pause. At your daily lock time, Kachu holds them until you finish a guided seated routine. Then they open until tomorrow's lock time. MOVE FIRST. SCROLL AFTER. Follow gentle neck movements with clear instructions and a movement guide. A routine takes about 90 seconds; your pace and optional shoulder and arm moves can change the time. No standing up required. CHOOSE YOUR APPS Pick the distractions you want to pause. The free version starts at 9:00 AM. Your first app can be added without an ad; adding more apps uses rewarded ads. CAMERA CHECKS, ON YOUR PHONE Use your front camera for on-device movement checks and rep counting. Camera images and movement landmarks are not uploaded. Camera checks need a compatible front camera, enough light and a clear view of your face. Shoulder and arm moves need your upper body in view. Tracking can vary by phone and setup. Prefer to keep the camera off? Follow the camera-free routine. Your apps still open, but that day does not add to your streak. ROOM FOR BUSY DAYS Need an app before your routine? Open your selected apps for 30 minutes, up to twice a day. Free users watch a rewarded ad for this option; Premium removes the ad. BUILD A DAILY HABIT See your routine streak and a 90-day progress grid. Kachu supports English and Hindi. Progress stays on this phone and does not sync to another device. FREE AND PREMIUM The free version contains ads. Premium removes ads and includes unlimited selected apps, a custom lock time and optional daily photos saved on your phone. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play. A lifetime option is a one-time purchase. Available plans, prices and any trial terms are shown before purchase. ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE Kachu uses Android Accessibility to detect when an app you selected is open and show its Locked screen. It does not read screen content or what you type, and it does not transmit the app information accessed by this service. You enable protection after an in-app explanation and can turn it off in Android settings. Blocking requires protection to remain enabled. PRIVACY No Kachu account is needed. Ads, analytics and crash reporting may send device identifiers, usage events and diagnostic data to Google. Routine completion events are included in analytics; camera images are not. See the Privacy Policy for details. FOR ADULTS 18+ Kachu is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Move slowly and stop if it hurts. If you have pain, an injury or a neck, shoulder or spine condition, seek professional advice before doing the routine.
