Ceangal

Ceangal is an Irish language word game for speakers and learners alike. You are shown 16 words in a 4×4 grid. Hidden behind them are four groups of four — each group shares a connection. Your job is to find them. Select four words you think belong together and tap Seol. Get it right and the category is revealed. Get it wrong and you lose one of your four attempts. Sometimes one word could fit two categories — choose carefully. Ceangal uses the traditional Irish script convention — dot-above forms (ḃ ċ ḋ ḟ ġ ṁ ṗ ṡ ṫ) instead of the modern h, and the Tironian note ⁊ in place of agus. This is a deliberate choice, not a typo.
