Candyll

Candyll is a hyperlocal commerce platform that connects you with the shops in your neighbourhood. Local businesses post group deals; when enough neighbours join, the deal unlocks for everyone. You pay the shop directly and use your deal with one QR scan at the counter. HOW IT WORKS • Browse the Market: group deals from restaurants, cafés, bakeries, grocers, beauty, fitness, services and more around you. • Tap WANT IT to join. A group deal unlocks when the minimum quantity is reached by its deadline; an instant deal is ready right away. • When a deal unlocks, your Deal Pass appears in My Pass. • At the shop, point your camera at the counter's Candyll QR code to use your pass. No printouts, no codes to read out. • Prices are shown before tax, and every deal shows its pickup window, cancellation terms and what is included before you join. TELL SHOPS WHAT YOU WANT • WANT IT requests: ask for a product or deal you wish a local shop offered. Neighbours can join your request, and shops can answer with an offer. • WANT IT MAP: see what people in each neighbourhood are asking for. The map shows aggregated demand by area, never anyone's identity or exact position. PAYMENTS, SIMPLY • Most deals are paid in store, at the counter. • Some deals ask for a reservation deposit or prepayment. Those are charged by the shop's own payment account (Stripe); Candyll never holds your money. • Receipts and order records come from the shop's payment, and your deal documents are kept in the app. FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES • Create group deals and instant deals in minutes, with pickup windows and quantity tiers. • Print one store QR code; customers scan it to use their passes, and you see every use in real time. • Invite staff, manage locations, answer WANT IT requests with offers, and reach the neighbours who already asked for what you sell. WHY CANDYLL • Neighbourhood first: deals come from shops near you, not from a warehouse. • Clear terms: quantity needed, deadline, pickup window and cancellation rules are shown up front. • Your data stays yours: location is used on your device to position the map; you choose your neighbourhood yourself. Candyll is launching in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, and is growing neighbourhood by neighbourhood. Questions or feedback: [email protected]
