Calling — Work That Adds Up

You suspect the work means more than the paycheck. Something stirs on Sunday and is gone by Tuesday. You are busy all week, but you could not say what it is aimed at. That is not a discipline problem. It is an aim problem — and aim is something you can write down and return to. Calling gives that suspicion a shape: a vision you actually write, the three objectives your year pours into, and one small step that matters this week. Not a Sunday feeling — a thing you can do on Monday. WHAT YOU GET • The Inventory + AI Snapshot — a short self-inventory that AI reads into a personal snapshot of how you are wired and where your work could go. Printable, retakeable, with your history kept. • Vision — write the vision and make it plain. The honest sentence the rest of the week answers to. • Strategic Objectives — the three buckets your year of work pours into. Not a backlog; the few that make the vision real. • Goals — small, specific, finished. A weekly prompt meets you where you are, with a shame-free "stuck" follow-up when a week gets away from you. • AI coaching — a word for your week, tied to what you actually logged. Not a generic pep talk; a read on where you are. • Resources — five short readings on the craft: writing a vision, why strategy matters, SMART goals, work and passion, and calculated risk. WHAT IT IS NOT Not a coaching service. Not a career counselor. We are not going to tell you to quit your job and chase a feeling. Calling is a frame — a vision, the few things that matter, and the one small step this week — with AI that pays attention to what you log. HOW THE RHYTHM WORKS Write the vision once. Set three objectives. Then each week: one small goal, one honest check-in, one word for the week. Week by week, the work stops drifting and starts adding up. Grace is built in — a stuck week is information, not a verdict, and the app meets you where the week actually went. SUBSCRIPTION Calling is $9.99/month. Start with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. Subscriptions are purchased and managed on our website at the-calling.app; the app links you there. Work that points somewhere.
