BriskJournal

BriskJournal turns your work history into a resume you'd actually send, and then writes the cover letter to go with it. Everything happens on your phone. There is no account and no cloud, and nothing you type is uploaded anywhere. START FROM SOMETHING Pick one of 18 ready-made presets for common roles (software engineer, product manager, teacher, registered nurse, accountant, sales and more) and get a headline, a summary skeleton, bullet ideas and the skills recruiters look for. Or start from a blank page. SHAPE THE PAGE Six layouts and six accent colours. The live preview redraws as you type, so you always see what a hiring manager will see. Tune the date format, bullet style, page density and heading case to taste. A SCORE THAT TELLS YOU WHAT TO FIX BriskJournal checks your contact block, summary, experience, education, skills and overall craft, then lists the fixes that will gain you the most points first. It flags weak, passive openers and suggests stronger action verbs. COVER LETTERS FROM WHAT YOU ALREADY WROTE Choose a purpose (application, referral, career change or follow-up) and a tone (confident, warm, concise or analytical), add the company and a few job highlights, and BriskJournal assembles a matching letter from the evidence already in your resume. Edit it freely afterwards. SHARE WHEN IT'S READY Send either document as clean text through your phone's share sheet, to email, messaging or your notes app. KEEP GOING Your profile tracks documents created, your best score and your writing streak. Milestones unlock as you go, and the insights screen charts your activity over time.
