Brio reads the books on your phone and the web pages you open. Add a TXT, EPUB, PDF, or a ZIP of those files. Open a webpage, hear it read aloud, hide the ads, and fit the text to the screen. Save the page and open it later from the shelf. There is no catalog, no login, and no cloud folder. In a book, turn pages, move by chapter, and change type size and colors. On a webpage, change the speaking speed while it reads. Set a sleep timer for Off, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Choose Auto, Chinese, English, or Spanish, and pick a voice already on the phone. Play and pause from the lock screen while speech is running. A saved webpage keeps the article text on this device, so you can open it again from the shelf. Books stay on the device too. PDF and EPUB are shown as extracted text, not a print layout. Password files and DRM are not opened. There is no OCR. Try books and web pages for 30 days. After that, a one-time unlock keeps the same reader on this Google Play account. Unlock uses Google Play. Includes two public-domain samples: Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and an excerpt of Journey to the West.
