BOOKR: Gym Management

Less admin. More coaching. BOOKR is a management platform for gyms and fitness businesses. It brings class scheduling, bookings, memberships, payments, workout programming and member performance tracking into one place — for a single studio or a business running several locations. IF YOU TRAIN AT A GYM THAT USES BOOKR • Book a class in a couple of taps, join the waiting list when it is full, and get a notification the moment a place opens • Read the workout before you arrive • Record your score, follow your personal records, and see how a lift has moved over months • See where you stand on the day's leaderboard • Add a booked class straight to your calendar • Keep your membership, payments and invoices in one place • Tell your coaches what they need to know about an injury, once, and have it there in every class you book IF YOU RUN ONE • Plan the schedule, set capacities, and see how full each class is • Write the warm-up, workout and accessory work for each class, and publish it to the members who booked • Take attendance, and see who has not trained in a while • Manage memberships, packs and drop-ins, and collect payment by card, MB WAY, direct debit or cash • Keep the books: earnings, spending, and what is still outstanding • Run several locations under one organization, with separate access for owners, managers and coaches • See the day at a glance: bookings, waiting lists, no-shows, birthdays and payments still owed BUILT FOR THE WAY GYMS ACTUALLY WORK CrossFit boxes, HYROX and functional fitness gyms, pilates and yoga studios, personal training businesses — anywhere classes are booked, memberships are billed and workouts are programmed.
