BondProof: Rental Bond Reports

BondProof helps renters create a clear room-by-room record of a rental property's condition. Capture photos and factual notes at move-in, while living there or at move-out, then create an organised PDF that is easy to review and share. Built for rental condition reports • Work room by room instead of leaving evidence buried in your camera roll • Keep photos, notes and dates connected to the right room or area • Create a clear point-in-time Basic report • Compare move-in and move-out records with Premium • Keep your original condition record separate from later changes Made for renters across Australia BondProof supports renters in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the ACT and the Northern Territory. Rental terminology and official forms differ by state and territory, so BondProof helps you organise your own evidence without pretending every jurisdiction works the same way. Clear evidence, properly organised Instead of keeping dozens of unrelated photos, BondProof groups your evidence by room and area. Add wide views, close-up photos and factual notes so you can understand what each image shows later. Basic report Create a clean PDF showing the condition of the property at one point in time. Useful when moving in, documenting an issue while you live there, or recording the property before moving out. Premium comparison Compare earlier and later records to help show what changed between move-in and move-out. Photos and notes stay connected to the relevant room so differences are easier to review. Designed for real rental situations Use BondProof for walls, floors, doors, windows, appliances, fixtures, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, outdoor areas and other parts of the property. Capture what is actually there and keep the record together.
