Biathlon PRO

Biathlon PRO is a biathlon team's working notebook. The athlete keeps a diary, the coach plans and sees what came of it, an invited specialist keeps their own records. One place, and each person's own part of it. For the athlete • Morning check-in: wellbeing, sleep, lying and standing pulse, HRV, altitude • Training diary: kilometres, minutes, zones, shooting, comments • Your own heart-rate zones and how the load spreads across them • Statistics for a period: load by day, volume, shots • Private notes nobody else can see For the coach • A month of planning in a calendar, separately for a team and for one athlete • The day at a glance: who checked in, who completed the session • Team journal and zone load for any period • Excel and PDF reports • An assistant that turns a written session into a ready draft — you check it and save it For an invited specialist • Examination records and lactate protocols for the athletes who invited you • Reference values shown beside the figure • How a figure moves over a period Access exists only by invitation Knowing an email address grants nothing. A coach or specialist sends an invitation, the athlete accepts, and only then does the link exist. Access can be withdrawn at any moment, including after a subscription has ended. Your data is yours A copy of everything as one file, right in the app. Account deletion in the same place, with no emails and no waiting. Private notes and records marked as hidden stay hidden. What the app does not do Biathlon PRO stores and displays what you or the specialists you invited entered. It does not diagnose and does not replace an in-person examination or the judgement of a qualified professional. Five languages: Russian, Ukrainian, English, German, French.
