asphodel — App Blocker & Screen Time Control Block distracting apps, cut your screen time, and stay focused without cutting yourself off completely. asphodel is an app blocker and app limit timer that lets you take short breaks instead of all-or-nothing blocking. Create a blocking profile for the apps that distract you most (social media, games, video apps), then choose how it's controlled: ⏰ Schedules (Start) Choose when selected apps are available or blocked during the day. Block social media during work or study hours, or lock distracting apps at bedtime. ⏱️ Interval limits (Pace) Give yourself short breaks without losing focus. For example, allow 10 minutes of app time every hour. A flexible way to limit doomscrolling. 🛑 Daily limits (End) Set a maximum amount of screen time for selected apps each day. When time is up, the app is blocked. 🔒 Impulse lock (Premium) Stop yourself from giving in.
