Cities are full of art. ArtDots is the map of those who notice. Murals, graffiti, mosaics, stickers, paste-ups, sculptures: anything someone left on the street for others to see. Most of it has no label and no catalogue, and it changes or disappears. ArtDots is a shared map where the people who walk past write it down. FIND IT Walk your city and look at walls, poles, shutters and pavements. Tap Near me to see what has already been found around you. LOG IT Tap the + button, choose the photo of the piece from your phone, and ArtDots places it: the location comes from the photo, from your phone or from a pasted map link. If nobody has logged the piece before, it gets a serial number and you are its discoverer. If it is already on the map, your photo joins its gallery. No signal? The find waits on your phone and goes when you are back online. THE PIECE CARD Every piece has its card: the photos of everyone who found it, the artist when known, the gallery that shows it, its collections and walking directions. HUNT MODE Turn it on and the pieces you have not found yet become fuzzy zones on the map. The photo is the clue. The city becomes a treasure hunt. THE FEED See the latest finds near you or around the world, react, comment and reply. DISCOVER Browse by city, artist, gallery and collection, follow the artists and galleries you like, make your own routes of pieces and check the ranking of the week, the month or all time. ARTISTS AND GALLERIES If a piece is yours, log a find of it and tap "This piece is mine" on its card: after review you get your artist page and decide how you appear, even anonymously. Galleries join through the pieces they show, and whoever runs one can claim its page. A COMMUNITY THAT LOOKS AFTER ITSELF Report a piece, a comment or a person, and block anyone. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. INVITE ONLY, FOR NOW ArtDots opens city by city. Join with an invite from a member or request one in the app. Sign in with Google, Apple or a code sent to your e-mail: there is no password to remember. FREE, NO ADS, NO TRACKING ArtDots is an independent project. It has no ads, does not track you and sells nothing to members.
